Not that I have over 1000 ranks in any one thing to check this out, but I think post 1k messages have now been put in? If so, move this to closed suggestions?

Heya Folks

Glad to see this finally got implemented. Out of curiousity, do the trainers do anything more than 'bow' or 'bow deeply' now...like 'kneeling' or something similar?

Nope. I still think of the trainers as way beyond anything an exile can know, so I find the idea a bit odd. After all, they hear of *all* the experiences of us exiles, and can study all day long.

The Winds of Dawn page says:

You are nearly peerless. 2000-?
There is nothing I can teach you. Maxed

There is no cap, but the messages stop at 2000. If a trainer is capped, you get the "There is nothing I can teach you." message. No one has said anything about new capped trainers.

time to pull out my lib horus and see what I get

Considering the rank mixes and how 2000 ranks alone is a lot for any exile, how would people feel about a hard rank cap above that? Not a problem, off the top of my head.

Actually, do we even know if the 2,000 message is the "top" message that has been included? There could be more messages, but no one has the ranks to hear them yet.

I think a rank cap is a really horrible idea. No rank cap is one of the fun things CL has going for it.

Hell no, i would hate that. As Delirium said its a major plus of CL.
